Best place to stay for ski groups! This chalet is stunning, it has everything a large group could want. Only a short drive to the slopes in Bansko. The breakfast was delicious and service was top class. Will definitely be staying here again. Can not recommend enough!

Amazing place - comfortable, cozy and very well equipped. The chalet has everything: mineral water pool, SPA, fireplace, barbeque, huge garden, spacious rooms and various options to enjoy. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Spa Tia Maria is a stunningly beautiful property. The Facilities are wonderful. The housekeeper Violeta (Villi) was just so helpful and a genuinely lovely person. The view from the huge windows was to die for!

We were a group of friends living in different parts of the world getting together once every 5 years. This place is huge and ready for a party! We had also a very funny karaoke session – Hi-Fi, big flat screen and a mike – everything was there! The relax we could have the next day with the clean air, the Spa, the Jacuzzi with Hot spring mineral water and the great therapist we got to come to the Chalet helped us recover after the follie night. Added benefit were the great views to the mountains around. The host is very friendly and contactable all the time. Gave us several great hints and we liked most the horse riding on the low mountain trails.

A memorable experience to last! We went to the Razlog valley to fly a balloon and we looked for a nice place to stay for our large group. Staying at the Chalet was much more than just accommodation and as big experience as flying the balloon. Big and very nicely decorated spaces, stunning views to the mountains, similar to the ones from the balloon, very nice, spacious and comfortable barbecue terrace, large garden, privacy. The biggest bonus was the Spa and the Thermal water in the outside pool. Thank you Veni, for putting us in touch with Plamen – a great therapist – we exhausted him by having 6 massages in a day! He was really good. What a relaxing experience! Villi, the housekeeper is a really nice lady and unnoticeable. Thank you Zori and Veni for this remarkable experience! We will definitely come back to spend more time in the Chalet now that we know it!

Great experience even though it was just for a few days. This chalet has a lot of space everywhere, it is luxury yet very cozy. The Spa is much better than the pictures and the mineral water in the jacuzzi really has an incredibly relaxing effect. The garden is large and can imagine how beautiful will be in a couple of weeks. There is a guaranteed privacy yet the house is in a private community but no one gets around the place . The Mountain views are astonishing from all sides of the house. Vili took care of the housekeeping every day and we really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very amicable and available at all times. Thank you Zori and Veni! We are looking forward to come back!

Well, what can we say! Veni big “Than you” for the amazing experience we had in the Chalet! First, It looks much better than on the pictures. The design of the bedrooms and the large open spaces gives you the feeling of luxury and lavishness but in the same time the feeling of coziness is all around you. Nothing can compare to drinking your morning coffee with the breathtaking views to the snowy mountains. The experience of being in the pool with hot mineral water and the view to the mountain and the large garden is literally taking you to Paradise . The privacy in the pool and the garden was absolutely secured. We were a group of four couples and half of us spent one entire evening around the open wood burning fire place in the SPA area with Turkish bath and sauna. Great experience! There are large flat screens in the living rooms directly connected to the Internet and Hi Fi equipment including in the Spa. Vili, the housekeeper, was a very nice lady, answering our questions, very efficient and unnoticeable. The host was always available as needed and arranged for a very professional therapist to come to the Chalet for several massage sessions. We are looking forward for our next experience in the Chalet!

We were a company of four couples and spent four days in this amazing place. The stunning views of the surrounding mountains can be enjoyed from all the rooms and balconies and the pool with jacuzzi. A great surprise was the fact that there was a real hot spring mineral water in the pool. The relaxing effect of the mineral water on the body after skiing cannot be achieved with different means. Also while not typical for most Airbnb locations, we had a daily housekeeping done by Vili, a local very polite lady who spoke English and Russian. She was also preparing the light breakfast every morning. The chalet is furnished with great taste and this, together with the numerous large open spaces gives you the real luxury sensation. The house is equipped with everything you can think you would need to spend great time. There is a covered terrace with a barbecue looking to the huge private garden and Pirin mountain, there are flat TV”s in each room, the living rooms and the barbecue, connected directly to the Internet and the WiFi is throughout all the space. There is also a powerful and modern HIFI which can be connected to the TV and one of the evenings we had a great karaoke party. The host was very amicable and always contactable giving us all the necessary information we needed before arrival and on every step of our stay...

The chalet is simply amazing! Each member of our party let out a big "wow" upon passing through the front door as you enter the main living space which is quite impressive (very high ceiling, lots of light, incredible view of the mountains, cozy couch area with fire place, beautiful dining space, huge state of art kitchen). All of the 5 bedrooms are spacious and have en suite bathrooms, the spa area is awesome! Both exterior and interior are perfect blend of style and class, with no compromise on modern comforts. Gracious hosts, taking care of us beyond our expectations! We were even pampered with amazing massages in the spa area, pure bliss! Everything about the chalet was as advertised. You truly get what you paid for and even more! We have stayed at many luxury locations around the world, but very few can match the ambience, the comfort and the care Tia Maria provides!

We did travel as a party of 9 people. On the day of arrival, Venislav did meet us on the Bansko ski slopes and did make perfect ski resort introduction, also during our stay Venislav show himself as real superhost, taking care about all our needs and questions. Luxury Chalet Tia Maria is the same in real life as on pictures. It is very well equipped with everything you expect from luxury ski chalet, including sauna, hammam, espresso machine, many chimneys and much more. It also has a pool with jacuzzi, but what we didn't expect that we did have private natural hot spring jacuzzi. And all of that as a fraction of cost we normally pay in France. One point that is not clear from airbnb description, is that daily cleaning and bulgarian breakfast is included in the price, and it was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast prepared and served by Vili, a woman who did take care about chalet on a daily basis. She visit us daily from 8:30 am till 11 am, but very silently, never disturbing us. She speaks English, Bulgarian and Russian. Chalet located in Banya, 7 minutes drive from gondola ski lift...

The chalet has lovely views to the mountains, and is in a lovely location. The steam bath, sauna, and open fireplace are beautiful, while the outdoor jacuzzi with hot spring mineral water adds a real wow factor. After a day in the mountains this is a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

SIMPLY THE BEST. We felt at home and were pleasantly impressed by everything the owners offered. Not to mention the healthy mineral water inside and the surrounding nature. Wonderful. Thank you very much for this experience.
